The Hufmmans joined us on Monday and Cathie put together a schedule to see the city. We started at the National Gallery, but, who wants to see old paintings.
We came out and started walking back to Old Town to do the section of the Royal Mile that goes towards Holyrood.
A little meta, me taking a picture of Huff taking a picture.
This is the section of a park on the New Town side of the river that I have no idea what it is called.
We get to Holyrood Palace and decide to take the tour. I was surprised by the amount of history involving Mary, Queen of Scots.
This is the abbey ruins at the end of the tour.
I had great plans before my trip to hike up Arthur's Seat. Unfortunately, my legs were trashed and Huff suggested getting a pint.
This is the roof over the train station. It is mostly a cloud picture.
The street outside the pub where we got dinner. Mostly, it's an excuse to take another photo of Edinburgh.
The day and with a pub meal while we watched football.
